Easter...

So i'm a little behind but oh well, welcome to the world of three children 3 and under! Here are pictures from Easter.  We had an amazing easter, our friends were in town visiting from Florida so that made it extra special! Here is our Easter in pictures...

Hospital Visit

Yes that's right you are reading the title right... Jalen was in the hospital! It all started this week, we were playing at all about kids while Soley took her dance class.  All the sudden Jalen started screaming and spinning in circles calling MAMA, MAMA!!! As I quickly discovered Jalen was unable to see me! It just got worse from there, to make a long story short, we drove to Kosair, and after a ton of tests we were then taken by ambulance to the Main Kosair downtown and were admitted to the hospital! It was quite an ordeal! You really take for granted being at home and having everything at your fingertips, when you have three kids and one is in the hospital and you're having to stay there full time and overnight it's tough!! In the end Jalen is healthy and fine, we had a huge scare and we were able to diagnose the problem and fix it, so that is good!

Poor guy did so well! We were both up all night long, as they came in 5 times and twice to take blood! He really was a trooper, and even know it was not fun! I did enjoy the one on one bonding that we were able to have.  I love you sweet Jalen!

Soley LOVES playing with worms... Not sure where she gets that from but I don't ever discourage her, she named this one rattle, and then about 2 seconds later she said oh no you broke in half and threw in on the ground.  HAHA

hello...

The days and weeks seem to fly by around here, and I'm sure at your place too! Life in some areas seems to be moving so fast and in others so slow! The next few weeks are going to be busy around here and My brother and sis in law get in town tonight with their two kiddos (Soley is so excited to see Lilly Kate, she loves every min that they get to spend together!) Jalen does not really understand that they are coming in town but he will be excited to see Isaac as they are just a few weeks apart. They day that they all depart my father in law comes in town to help finish all the stuff around the house so that we can get it up on the market to sell! He will be in town for a week and then one of my best friends is coming in town with her little girl who is Soley's best friend and they will be staying with us for a few days! This might sound like a lot to most people but I am so excited for all the company as I am a people person and hate being alone and love having someone to do something with!
